I'm in Post Elliptical Hell! tee hee
Ok...so I tried the elliptical at the gym yesterday. And now, I'm paying.
It seriously hurts to do anything that makes me move the muscles on the outside of my legs just above my knees.
Its all I can do to reboot laundry and get dressed, so I've already warned BBQ Dude that I'm not doing anything but drink water, walk to the laundry room, and scrap today. I'm going to get him to grill up some hotdogs, he just doesn't know it yet.
This is card I finished today. Its going in the mail. I'll make another in a little bit to share.
