Menu Plan Monday, on a Friday!
Yeah, I'm behind. So I'll just go ahead and do it for today, the weekend, and the next week. It was just too crazy to get it done on Monday. I was wiped out.
So...today (sick kid home, nothing like passing it around!) we are having chicken nuggest for lunch. Because sick kid will eat them.
tonight
Saturday (we have to work at the church if all goes well):
lunch: sandwich of your choice, chips, fruit
dinner: cube steak, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans
Sunday
Corn on the cob (I hope)
(ok. be back sick kid is distracting me)
